By accessing ruva.quest you agree to use the site lawfully and not to copy, resell, or misrepresent its content.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a pricing or stock error is identified before dispatch.
3. Materials
Our diamonds are conflict-free, our platinum is certified recycled, and our 18k gold is fair-mined or recycled. Each piece ships with provenance documentation.
4. Returns
Unworn pieces in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Engraved or custom pieces are final sale.
5. Conservation fund
15% of every purchase is allocated to the Ruva Conservation Fund. Quarterly reports outline allocations and partners.
